2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes has an excellent purple/red colour and a bouquet that combines the fruit of the Cabernet with the spiciness of the Shiraz. The palate is soft and flavour some with a smooth clean finish.

Perfect with veal, beef, duck, lamb and Italian pasta dishes. For dessert, try with dark berry desserts with chocolate.

When to drink:

This wine is excellent to drink now or will benefit from further 4-6 years bottle maturation.
